Creative Art Therapy Sessions

Art therapy is a branch of psychotherapy. It uses spontaneous, creative expression within a therapeutic relationship to assist in maintaining a good mental health. No experience with art materials necessary. All ages welcome.

Art therapists are master-level clinicians trained to draw out the inner feelings and emotions of a client, in a safe and non-judgmental manner.

“I could say things with color and shape that I couldn’t say any other way – things I had no words for…” – Margaret Naumburg

Everyone has a creative side, although it may never have been formally recognised, you need no experience or skill to benefit from art therapy.

Any age can benefit from art therapy and being creative via the art making process.
