Creative Art Therapy Sessions
WHAT IT IS?
Art therapy is a branch of psychotherapy. It uses spontaneous, creative expression within a therapeutic relationship to assist in maintaining a good mental health. No experience with art materials necessary. All ages welcome.
Art therapists are master-level clinicians trained to draw out the inner feelings and emotions of a client, in a safe and non-judgmental manner.

“I could say things with color and shape that I couldn’t say any other way – things I had no words for…” – Margaret Naumburg
